Sermon Title: He Is Risen!
Text: Matthew 28:6 (NKJV)

Opening Scripture:
“He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.” – Matthew 28:6 (NKJV)

Introduction:
The resurrection of Yahshua is the cornerstone of the Christian faith. Without it, our preaching and faith would be in vain (1 Corinthians 15:14). Today, we rejoice and proclaim, “He is Risen!” This powerful truth changed everything: death was defeated, sin was conquered, and hope was restored.

1. The Power of the Resurrection
“And declared to be the Son of Yahweh with power according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.”  – Romans 1:4

The resurrection proves that Yahshua is who He claimed to be—the Son of Yahweh. It is the seal of divine approval on everything Yahshua taught, suffered, and promised.

2. The Victory Over Death
“O death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?” – 1 Corinthians 15:55

Yahshua didn’t just die for our sins; He rose to give us eternal life. The grave could not hold Him. In Him, death has lost its sting. Because He lives, we too shall live (John 14:19).

3. A New Beginning for Believers
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” – 2 Corinthians 5:17

The resurrection is not only a historical event; it is a present reality that offers every believer a new life. We are not only forgiven – we are transformed. The same power that raised Christ from the dead works in us today (Ephesians 1:19-20).

4. The Commission to Go
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them… teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you…” – Matthew 28:19-20

After the resurrection, Yahshua gave the Great Commission. He rose not only to save us but to send us. We are called to spread the good news that He is alive!

5. The Hope of His Return
“For if we believe that Yahshua died and rose again, even so Yahweh will bring with Him those who sleep in Yahshua.” – 1 Thessalonians 4:14

The resurrection is a promise of a glorious future. Just as Yahshua rose, He will return. This gives us hope in sorrow, peace in trouble, and joy in trials.

Conclusion:
The resurrection of Yahshua is the greatest victory ever won. It’s not just a story to be remembered – it’s a reality to be lived. Let the empty tomb fill your heart with hope today. No matter what you face, remember: He is risen, and because He lives, you can face tomorrow.

3. Victory Over Every Dead Situation:
